1:1 Art and Meditation course with a therapeutic touch

1:1 Art & Meditation Sessions

With a Gentle Therapeutic Touch for Children, Tweens & Teens

These personalised 1:1 Art and Meditation sessions offer a nurturing, creative space where children can slow down, feel seen and express themselves freely over an 8 week course. Designed to support emotional wellbeing, each session blends mindful art-making, gentle movement, and calming meditation practices tailored to your child’s unique needs.

This is not about “being good at art” — it’s about self-expression, emotional regulation, and building inner confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Private 1:1 sessions are available throughout Easter and the summer. Each session is tailored to your child’s pace and needs, offering focused guidance in creativity, mindfulness, and emotional development.

Perfect for children who:

  • Have additional needs or benefit from individualised attention

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally sensitive

  • Are navigating big life transitions such as:

    • Starting or changing schools

    • Family changes

    • Shifting friendships or social challenges

  • Struggle to express their feelings verbally

  • Need gentle tools to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident

What makes these sessions special?

1:1 personalised support
Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your child’s age, personality, energy, and emotional needs.

🎨 Creative expression as emotional language
Art becomes a safe way to explore feelings, thoughts, and experiences without pressure or judgment.

🧘 Mindfulness & calming practices
Simple meditation, breathwork, and movement help children regulate emotions and find inner calm.

💛 A therapeutic-informed approach
Sessions are held with sensitivity, care, and emotional awareness, supporting your child’s wellbeing without clinical pressure.

Through creativity and calming practices, children learn to:

  • Build confidence and self-awareness

  • Express emotions safely through art, movement, and mindfulness

  • Develop emotional literacy and resilience

  • Find calm, focus, and inner balance

  • Learn practical coping skills for everyday life challenges

  • Feel more comfortable being themselves

  • Guided or free-form art activities using mixed media

  • Mindful movement or body-based grounding exercises

  • Time to reflect, share (if they wish) and integrate
