Peace & Pottery: A Morning of Movement & Making

Saturday, July 20th | 10am – 12:30pm
Collis Sandes House, Tralee

We’re delighted to invite you to Peace & Pottery — a gentle, joy-filled workshop with ceramicist Amy Smith and somatic movement guide Tricia O’Connor.

This nourishing morning blends mindful movement with hands-on creativity to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 What’s Included:

✨ Somatic Movement Practice
Ease into your Sunday with a soft, grounding session designed to bring your body back home. Somatic movement is a gentle, body-based practice that helps regulate your nervous system by releasing tension and restoring a sense of inner calm — perfect for easing out of the week and into yourself.

🎨 Paint Your Own Ceramic Bud Vase
Summer is blooming all around us — and what better way to celebrate than by creating your very own vase to hold the beauty? Amy will guide you through painting your own handmade ceramic bud vase, a vessel to bring the outside in. Working with clay is known to have a naturally calming and transformative effect on the nervous system — it brings us into the present moment in the most tactile, joyful way.

☕ Tea, Coffee & Connection
Between the two creative sessions, we’ll take a relaxing tea and coffee break to sip, chat, and soak in the serene surroundings of Collis Sandes House.
