Monday April 26th new block begins

I'm practicing the tools the whole time and it's hilarious to see peoples reactions at work, but I'm so glad I am doing it it makes me feel less stupid and taken advantage of so thank u so so much’’    ''I struggled mentally to give myself 100 percent attention at any stage of the week.    My ability to give my full attention to myself rather then to problems , has improved every week within that hour of meditation.    The topics within the classes has guided me to alot of clarity in certain areas of my life.    Tricia makes all participant feel at ease and encourages them to be open about their experiences or current situations which has definitely helped me go deeper into my meditations'        '' I wanted something that gave me time to myself, and I was curious as to what meditation felt like.    I was a bit nervous and I didnt know what to expect. I thought it was going to be this weird experience that I would tick off the bucket list.    I was so surprised at how normal and natural it was . It’s so relaxing and uplifting.    I’m learning to stop over thinking situations in moment of stress and just breath and let it pass.    Learning how to keep negative people out of my mind has been such a postive exercise.    Tricia is so knowledgeable in all aspects of meditation and manifestation.
